Hustlin'.

1. breathe is hosting a fundraiser. I'm throwing myself to the wolves and back in the mix as a decision-maker for the crew. I thought I was home free when I didn't have to utilize the penthouse gym on the roof of my apartment building anymore. Nope...I've got to work my connections to secure a venue, performers, sponsors and co-hosts for the event. And on top of that....rehearsals.

2. NYC on Tap. Oh man...we're definitely making all the mistakes that can be made. The next issue is ready to be put to rest, but that darn design just isn't working. The clock is ticking and I can't help but be frustrated.

3. Work. At work, they called me JD Wong. I threw a fit because one, that's not my name; two, I'm not Chinese; three, this one particular person still doesn't know my name after I've been working there for how long? It's time to part ways with the company. I'mma raise my fist in the air and go down swinging. Ain't that what FIND is all about?

4. Grad School. I've picked out the schools I want to go to...Just have to pass that pesky GMAT.

5. This isn't one of my extracurricular activities, but since I'm in a weird mood... My dad's back from the Philippines after leaving NYC last November. Long story for another time, but I just thought it was funny that when I came back home from work, my car was gone and so was my Pops.

6. PUSOFest 2006. I graduated on top two years ago. Tenth anniversary president of PUSO, best PUSOFest up to that point, found the PUSO founder at a chance encounter, co-sponsored a lunch with Filipina billionaire Loida Lewis, and debuted the first ever PUSO performance at Battle of the Barrios. Two years later...the new blood is running my club into the ground. People say I'm hanging on. Tell that to the rest of the crew that graduated with me. Tell them to turn their back on the organization that made them a family. You just had to be there...passion, determination and liquor.

My mind has been all over the place in the past few days. It's increasingly difficult to find time to even linger on a certain thought. I can't even be mad, there's no time. If anything...I'm just tired of running around like a headless chicken.
