Pimped out.

This past weekend I had the pleasure of being invited to man the GILAS info table at the Womensphere Conference. And by man the table, they meant just that. I was straight up the only dude in the room.

Daunting as that may sound, I had a good time. It was a success and I was able to connect with several powerful women in CEO and other managerial positions. I was basically pimped out since they thought I would be able to attract a large audience for GILAS purposes. Yeah...that sounds about right.

It's been incredibly busy for me lately that I've let my diet and exercise routine fall to pieces. However, I'm determined to get back on the proverbial horse and get back in the game. I should stop making sorry ass excuses and just do it!
