I'm really not used to talking to a camera so forgive my uneasiness in the vid. It's tough to spit words out when I'm put on the spot. And I have a tendency to be redundant...for example, I think I said beneficial 4 times in the span of 3 minutes.
And don't pay attention to the mess behind me. That's the way I organize my closet...with half my clothes not physically in the closet.
And the sound in the background is the train tracks outside my apartment window. Don't mind that.
