We've been through some times haven't we? After all was said and done, I'm more than glad you're in my life and that the friendship we have has lasted though everything we went through. There was a period where it was just easier for me to write you off to the point of actually hating you, but our relationship proved to be stronger than that. We're both proud and stubborn; but once we let down our walls, our actions have reflected the tenderness and sincerity that is innate in both of our hearts.

College for us was an amazing time and I still remember the moment I met you. There was no mistaking that spark even though we were both at different stages at the time. As time would have it, your heart was where I laid my head for a short but sweet time. But that good thing sadly came to an end. You found a new love and I was forced to move on.

Two years after that, after thinking of you endlessly...you called me and we made amends. You gave me a valuable lesson that I will keep with me for a long time.

So on your 25th birthday, I want to give you my promise of a lasting friendship and a hope that your happiness extends to the next 25 and beyond. You are and probably will stay...my one and only. Ahh well. Haberday!
