Last night, I was fortunate enough to meet with the current president of Ayala Foundation, an offshoot of the Ayala companies which are based in Manila. Along with Jesse and LJ, we comprised the "young people" contingent and were able to provide some perspective on their ongoing charity work throughout the United States and the Philippines. It's a project that has a ton of potential and would enable me to directly see the results of my personal contribution.
This might even give me a reason to go back to the Philippines much sooner than I expected. (JD accepting a position in Makati!?!? Let me not get ahead of myself here...)
To be continued.
