Halloween is the first holiday that sets off the season in New York. After the crazy parties and parades; the weeks fly by and then Thanksgiving rolls around, with Christmas and New Year's soon following. But before I even start thinking of buying turkeys, giving presents and what I'm going to do to pay last year's hanging holiday bills...Halloween is the time for me to get dressed up and hit up some crazy parties.
My adventure started yesterday at lunch with Nancy. Halloween is her favorite holiday and her plans included a tour of a cemetery in Brooklyn with her roommate Karen; then driving out to Long Island for some costume party. With the weekend filled with parties, it was hard deciding where to go. As for me I ventured back down to Philly after work for a costume party there with my boys.
We came back today and we're headed back out to another costume party here in NYC. The next few weekends are going to be legendary...that is if I can find a way to keep $$ in my LV wallet. My Louis Vietnamese.
Should be a good time tonight...it's part 3 of Mike's birthday, Stephanie's real birthday and a bunch of Stony Brook heads will be there. See you fools there!
