I just helped with the lighting for RAPS Barrio '06 (Rutgers Association of Pilipino Students). Two days of non-stop lighting cues and handling the spot light for stage left has got me beat. Made me miss the rush of planning a barrio, which is the crowning moment of each president and the culmintaion of a year's work by the club. This Friday is Stony Brook's PUSOFest...should be fun.

i dunno why filipinos here never organize anything like those. oh that's right...they're all busy getting pregnant, smoking reefer or not even in school. mah bad.
sheesh. that doesn't excuse me though. ha.
haha...well, first is just realizing that there's a need for something like that.
it just takes that one person to spark the movement.
